I went from a size 14 to a size 10 pants,but my weight is the same.Why?

Answer:
You might be more muscular now. Muscle weighs more than fat.
You lost inches first. May I have your "recipe"?
Yeap, muscle weighs more than fat, bet you look hot!
you shoped in misses insted of kids sizes?
I've heard that women's clothing manufacturers revised the sizing because a woman is less likely to buy at size 14 but is more likely to buy if she thinks she is a 10. If there is anything to what I was told, basically it is a marketing strategy. That would account for your change in size with no corresponding loss of weight or increased activity.
I've worked in retail for a long time, and to be completely honest with you the industry has started to give smaller sizes than what they are. If a size should be a 14 they are now labels a 10. Also with stretchy pants you will often want to buy them in a size smaller anyways.
u prolly tightened up, muscle ways more than fat...congrats.
how did u do that??
Question ,do your size 14's that you already have still fit?
When you slimmed down, were you doing strength training and eating plenty of protein? If you are building muscle whilst losing fat, you can slim down but not lose weight. This is really good and you should not worry about what the scales says, only how much body fat you have.
