I use the Plan B pill last friday and My period came on. Is that normal?

My period has been on the last two days. Its not like a little bit of blood. It is very heavy. My period isnt suppose to come on unit the first of july. It has come on twice in one month. have anyone else experience this with this pill?

Plan B isn't an abortion pill as stated by one of the previous answers. Its just like birth control pills only in a much larger dose. So yes, bleeding can happen after taking plan B. You just put a whole lot of hormones in your body so you can never be sure exactly how it will react, it certainly does change up your cycle a bit though.

its an abortion pill. it makes since you would bleed more now. you body is expelling things so that you dont get pregnant. thats what you wanted right? dont complain.

I have never used it, but I have read this is what is supposed to happen. It makes you bleed to clear out the uterus.
