I want to crash diet i am to fat! Schould! I do it or not!?!?

I am overweight and in need ur help on this!!
Answer:
no way, dont do that, if you crash diet, you may lose weight yeah, but its so so hard to keep weihgt off that way, you will end up starving yourself and then whatever you eat your body will store and will turn into fat, even if its healthy food your eating. you will burn nothing off as your body will keep ALL food for energy..you will end up putting all the weight back on and more and more and more.
go to the gym, get a personal trainer and eat healthy.you may say its $$$$ but its only money and how can you put a price on your health?
Forget the diet, learn to spell first!

If you want to lode weight, you should change your diet to a healthier one and get some excersize. Weight Watchers is an excellent program. I have a friend who lost 80 pounds in 1 year and kept the weight off by using Weight Watchers.

crash diets are baaaad ideas. any weight you lose you'll gain back extremely easily.

Just eat healthy, exercise, and take care of yourself. Losing weight is about changing the way you live your life, not changing what you eat for a couple weeks.
u sjold try a no carb diet it lets u eat as much of evry thing as u want that doesnt have carbs i know im fat 2 lol ...and if your thinking its probly stuf like soy its not meat have no carbs or very low its good food that i enjoy eating and it works
