I want to some serious weight at least 60lbs my weight is 220 help any serious diets out there?


Answer:
The ONLY way to lose that much weight and keep it off is to make entire lifestyle changes. You will have to exercise and eat properly. You need to learn what portion sizes are and what healthy food is. And you'll have to exercise at least 30 minutes daily to see any type of serious results. And after you lose the weight, and you CANNOT just go back to your old habits, or else the weight will come back!
i need to lose about the same amount of weight i weigh 206 and I'm 5'2" maybe so you can imagine how uncomfortable i am. i have tried to walk i have tried to stop eating chips drinking pop eating bread and jogging i have taken diet pills and once you stop the weight comes back twice as much. but some one told me they lost a lot of weight they were as big the got a trainer and learn to eat smaller meals and more water. eat more fruits veggies drink sugarless drinks and try to stay away from the sweets and chips that is my down fall hard to do. hope this helps you i am going to try also.
good luck with your diet because i know how hard it is to lose weight.
