I want to detox so I can gain more energy and lose a few extra pounds?

Any advice? I hard detoxification for dieting and energy purposes would really be beneficial - however, I don't know how I feel about taking pills to do it. Any advice?
Answer:
Detox simply rids your body of extra water and toxins. It will simply make you FEEL better, but detoxing has nothing to do with losing weight. Many women feel the need to detox because of a common misconception that it will act as the magic pill for losing weight. There is NO magic pill. Losing weight is not easy and I shall share my personal opinion with you...Any woman who goes to great lengths to drop some vanity pounds is out of her mind. These models you see are all airbrushed, stretched, computer-animated slimmed, some body parts are shortened or lengthened, etc. I believe all women are soo beautiful because we all look so different from one another. There is no reason to be ashamed. You shouldn't be ashamed of your body. Take the time to look at yourself in the mirror everyday and look into your eyes. Say this to yourself everyday...you will then see your true beauty: "I am beautiful and unique. There is not a single person in the world who could ever replace my beauty. I am strong and I don't need to change myself!" SELF CONFIDENCE CANNOT BE FOUND IN THE FORM OF A PILL OR SUPPLEMENT. IT COMES FROM THE HEART. LOVE YOURSELF!!
You don't need to take a pill for detox. You can get it liquid and drink it with orange juice
Pills, detoxing, vomitting, over exercising... all bad for you.

If you want to be healthy, be at the right weight just eat right and exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Detoxing isnt safe. Period.
