I wanna gain weight??? pliz reply to this question?

okay i wanna gain weight but ppl say i should saty the way i am. i wanna my body like my friend.

should i stay the way i am or should i gain weigh. i feel too skinny.
im 15 about to be sixteen, weight 84.5, im naturally skinny, im 5'1.
Answer:
If you feel like you need to gain weight, then please do what you feel is best for you body. Your friend is curvy and therefore, you want curves. However, if you choose to gain weight, do it smartly. Complex good-for you carbohydrates, protein, dairy, fruit and veggies. Don't junk out. Take a few days, writing down what you eat and then add a little each day. You will start to see results.
hard to tell... the girl in the blue shirt looks to have huge boobs for only weighing 85 pounds, that's almost hard to believe. She doesn't look like the girl in the second pic, who does look like she could be 85 pounds, and does look like she should gain some weight.
Stay as you are, You will one day gain and will want to loose and can't, or it will really be hard to loose
ummm no offence of anything, but are you sure you are 84 lbs? id check my scale. cuzz im like smaller than you...and i weigh like 108. idk why youre trying to look like your friend instead tho?!?! you dont look too skinny and not too fat, you look.healthy? lol. i wouldnt worry too much about losing weight or gaining, really, youre like fine the way you are! :)

If your ribs are showing (a lot, then gain some!!) but how the picture looks you look normal. you are actually underweight by the calculations with your weight and size n stuff.
the way to gain weight is much like losing weight.
Eat HEALTHY, but add more calories per day.
Also, your friend either works out (weight training -- DIFFERENT from toning) or just was blessed with those genetics. If you can, start trying weight training. The trick is in adding muscle, not fat.
One last thing. At your age, your weight will change a lot, anyway. So that's what people mean when they say not to worry about your weight at this point. :)
I don't have to look at any pictures to tell you that you are underweight, but you are still young. Believe me as you age and your betabolism slows down, you will gain weight, unless you stay really really active as in weight lifting program.
Thats is one way to really sculpt you body, is to lift weights. Get the very small ones, they will work and you won't injure yourself using them.
Running is another way to sculpt the body. Works wonders.
dont try to gain weight eat normal and dont refrain from eating.you are lucky to be skinny so pig out and eat what you wish
Gaining weight is your own personal decision. If you want to do it, you should eat more and, if you want muscle, exercise. You need to decide how you look and if you are happy with that look. Don't let others make the choice for you. I used to do that and wasn't happy. Just for me, what made me happy was to gain weight and get larger, much larger - 100+ pounds in the last two years to get to almost 380 and more to come. That is my choice as well. You make yours and be happy with it.
No offence but you don't look skinny at all. You are not 84.5 lbs sweetie. I would say 130 maybe. I wouldn't gain weight it would make you look worse. Your fine. There is no way you weigh 84.5, in your dreams.
