I wanna go 2 the beach but i just git my period n when eva i try 2 put a tampon in it hurts what can i do??

maybe you should try one with less absorbency. sometimes if you use a larger one that is intended for a heavier flow it does hurt. so try one with less absorbency.

Have you tried a little tampon like tampax pearl junior tampons. By the way its bad to swim when on your period cause sharks can smell period blood and it attracts them.

You're probably trying to put the tampon in wrong. I don't think it should be hurting... Try looking at the directions that come in the box. If you want to do something drastic, you could try birth control pills to stop the period, but personally I wouldn't go on the pill for just that reason.

GET THE SMALLEST TAMPONS SIZE YOU CAN FIND but its normal for everybody i remember when i tryed to use one %26gt;ouch but ask you mother to help you put the tampon in you can try tampons oo you might miss swimming

well you definitely dont want to use a pad in the ocean. so try a smaller sized tampon, if you are already trying the smallest size, go ahead and use it, it may hurt at first, as you arent used to them, but it will get comfortable and not even noticable after a while.
