I went swimming without a tampon when i period was light..?

i went swimming without a tampon when i period was light but will i be ok? It was barely bleeding and after swimming didnt have any blood drizzling down. this won't hurt me will it? I feel fine.

Yeah you're fine, but you really need to use a tampon. Your period doesn't always stop in the water. Don't take the risk.

You will be fine...It doesn't hurt you to go swimming when u r on your period...most girl's periods stop when they go swimming and start back up again after...it won't hurt you at all...don't worry
