I think all women say they are fat no matter how much they weigh. I do and im only 93 pounds but i can show you belly fat lmao But seriously is she anorexic? Does she eat right or make herself throw up if she does she needs help now before it gets outta hand and tell her things like too skinny is nasty but your just right not nasty skinny and not fat at all.
